• WeeLoGames may detect, investigate, and take action on suspected violations
• Scores may be modified, accounts may be banned, and decisions are final

• WeeLoGames features XP, Coins, Lives, Streaks, Levels, Rankings, Rewards, collectibles, and premium items
• These virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated
• All virtual items are licensed to you — not owned — and remain the property of WeeLoGames
• You may not transfer, sell, trade, or redeem virtual items outside the platform
• WeeLoGames may modify, reset, expire, or remove virtual items at any time without compensation

• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of WeeLoGames
• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension
• Prices and in-app purchase offerings are subject to change without notice
• Payments are processed by third-party providers — you are responsible for any applicable taxes

• WeeLoGames may modify tournament rules, disqualify participants, cancel events, or withhold rewards
• Prizes and rewards are not guaranteed — participation does not entitle you to any prize
• Identity verification may be required before a reward or prize is distributed
• Users are solely responsible for any taxes owed on winnings or prizes
• WeeLoGames has final authority over all tournament and competition decisions

• Harassment, threats, abuse, or hate speech of any kind is prohibited
• Distributing malicious code, spam, or unsolicited content is not permitted
• Impersonating other users, staff, or organisations is forbidden
• Fraud, unauthorised access, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited
• Violating these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination

• All software, code, game systems, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, videos, sounds, and interfaces are owned by WeeLoGames
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without explicit written permission
• All intellectual property rights are reserved

• Usernames, profile content, comments, uploads, and feedback you submit may be used by WeeLoGames
• By submitting content, you grant WeeLoGames a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it for operational and promotional purposes
• You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the platform

• WeeLoGames does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service
• We may update, modify, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform without notice
• We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability

• We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or delete your account for violations, fraud, abuse, prolonged inactivity, or operational reasons
• Termination may also occur for legal or regulatory requirements
• Terminated accounts lose all associated XP, coins, rewards, and purchases permanently — no compensation will be provided

• The platform is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis
• WeeLoGames disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, security, and non-infringement
• Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk

• WeeLoGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, account loss, gameplay interruptions, or server downtime
• We are not responsible for payment issues, tournament disputes, unauthorised access, or loss of digital items
• Our total cumulative liability to you is capped at the amount you paid to WeeLoGames in the 30 days prior to the claim

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeeLoGames and its team from any claims, damages, or costs arising from
• Your use of or access to the platform
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Content you submit to the platform
• Any fraudulent or abusive activity carried out through your account

• Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy
• By using WeeLoGames you consent to the collection of gameplay data, analytics, security monitoring, fraud prevention measures, and platform communications
